For instance, marine steel plate derusting utilises 1000W/200kHz pulses at a scanning speed of 10m/min, achieving a single-pass removal rate of 98%. Compared to manual grinding, this yields a threefold increase in efficiency and a 54% reduction in overall costs. The model's formulae have undergone academic validation and support online simulation of cleaning efficacy.
